What a huge improvement in my pain management. Dr Alaina is very knowledgeable of the muscles, tendons, surrounding tissue, as well as bones, and has a genuine interest in helping me. I will continue to see her on a regular basis, and recommend her to my family and friends. Those of you who have a fear of needles should really consider a treatment. I experience little to no discomfort, most of the time I do not feel the needle at all. The relief is instant and is in my case longer lasting then chiropractic treatment alone.

Dr. Alaina has been an incredible asset to my well being. Her advanced knowledge in dry needling coupled with manual therapy has immensely improved my shoulder pain and has helped strengthen the weakness in my core. Despite my hesitation with needles, I have experienced this therapy to be painless and very effective at relieving trigger points that would otherwise hinder my range of motion. I am more efficient at completing my workouts and have less pain when performing at my job as a clinical massage therapist. I cannot recommend Dr. Alaina enough. Both my 14 year old hockey goalie and myself received excellent treatment from Alaina this past weekend. We both walked away feeling like new people.
